At Dream and Dazzle, we take great care in inspecting every jewelry piece before packaging to ensure it is free of defects. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us on the same day of delivery and provide a clear photo of the product. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving any return or replacement.
